We would like to remind you that the Homeowner’s Association Fee is due on January 1st each year and invoices were previously sent to indicate your 2025 fee. This is a mandatory fee and must be submitted on an annual basis.
We encourage all owners in Cobblestone Creek to utilize the online portal to view invoices and receipts, pay online and receive email reminders. Please go to https://central.ivrnet.com/cobblestonecreek enter your email and password and then click on profile and payments due to view and pay your invoice online.
If you have sold your Cobblestone Creek property, please contact Core Real Estate Group at info@coremanagement.ca as soon as possible.
Please note that the caveat on title enables the Association to charge interest on all outstanding fees along with additional remedies available under the Land Titles Act to recover overdue accounts. In order to avoid additional interest charges, it is requested that you remit payment immediately.
Collections Procedures 2025
Fees Due January 1
March 1 – Interest is applied to all outstanding accounts (16% per annum in excess of the prime rate of interest).
April 1 – Interest is applied to all outstanding accounts – Final Notice
May 1 – Accounts are handed over to Cobblestone Creek HOA’s legal counsel, Field Law, for collections.
After May 1st, payments are no longer accepted through Core Real Estate Group. All payments and communication regarding collection of fees are done directly between the homeowner and legal counsel or the collection agency. All costs associated with the collection of fees are the responsibility of the homeowner.
